Welcome to Proven Reports. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ProvenReports.org and any vehicle history summaries, reports, tools, data, or related services provided by Proven Reports LLC.

By using our website or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Proven Reports provides vehicle history summaries, automotive data tools, and dealer-focused report analysis based on available third-party, public, government, title, auction, service, mileage, ownership, and other vehicle-related records.

Our reports are designed to help dealers and automotive professionals review vehicle history information before pricing, buying, selling, retailing, or evaluating a vehicle.

2. Report Limitations

Proven Reports does not guarantee that any report includes every event, issue, repair, accident, title record, auction record, odometer event, service record, ownership change, or damage history related to a vehicle.

Reports are based only on information available through the data sources used at the time the report is generated. Some events may be missing, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or not reported by third parties.

A Proven Reports report should be used as one tool in the decision-making process. It is not a substitute for:

Proven Reports does not inspect vehicles and does not guarantee the mechanical condition, safety, value, title status, mileage accuracy, accident history, ownership history, service history, or legal status of any vehicle.

Any score, grade, risk level, summary, or recommendation is based only on the report data available and should not be treated as a guarantee.

4. Dealer and Business Use

Our reports are intended primarily for automotive dealers, vehicle buyers, wholesalers, and automotive professionals. You are responsible for making your own buying, selling, disclosure, pricing, and compliance decisions.

You agree not to rely solely on a Proven Reports report when making a purchase, sale, financing, wholesale, retail, or trade-in decision.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering a report, including VIN, plate, contact information, and payment information.

You agree not to use Proven Reports for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or reproduce our reports, website, design, scoring logic, summaries, data outputs, or software without written permission from Proven Reports LLC.

6. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By purchasing a report or service, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout.

Prices may change at any time. Any taxes, fees, or processing charges shown at checkout are your responsibility.

7. Refund Policy

Because Proven Reports provides digital vehicle history reports and report summaries that may be generated instantly or shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final once a report has been generated, delivered, viewed, downloaded, or made available.

8. Data Accuracy

Proven Reports summaries are built from title records, NHTSA recall data, auction records, service history, and other trusted vehicle data sources. This information is aggregated from third parties and public sources and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or revised without notice.

Proven Reports continually works to update and improve its data, but does not warrant that any record is current, complete, or error-free. If you believe information in a report is inaccurate, contact us at support@provenreports.org and we will review it.
