Refund Policy

Because Proven Reports provides digital vehicle history reports and report summaries that may be generated instantly or shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final once a report has been generated, delivered, viewed, downloaded, or made available.
Refunds may be considered only if:
- A duplicate charge occurred
- A report failed to generate due to a technical error
- The wrong product was delivered due to our mistake
- We are unable to provide the purchased report
Refunds are not guaranteed for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Disagreement with a report result
- A vehicle having negative history
- Missing records from third-party data sources
- User-entered VIN or plate errors
- Reports already generated or delivered
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@provenreports.org within 7 days of purchase. Include your name, order number, VIN, and the reason for your request.
