Refund Policy

Because Proven Reports provides digital vehicle history reports and report summaries that may be generated instantly or shortly after purchase, all sales are generally final once a report has been generated, delivered, viewed, downloaded, or made available.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate charge occurred
  • A report failed to generate due to a technical error
  • The wrong product was delivered due to our mistake
  • We are unable to provide the purchased report

Refunds are not guaranteed for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Disagreement with a report result
  • A vehicle having negative history
  • Missing records from third-party data sources
  • User-entered VIN or plate errors
  • Reports already generated or delivered

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@provenreports.org within 7 days of purchase. Include your name, order number, VIN, and the reason for your request.
